Blades in Motion Skating School will grant three- five scholarships per year skating season thru the generous donation for the Vietnam Veterans Association of
South St Paul. Those awarded scholarships will enjoy a one session of lessons along with rental skaters if needed.
Race, religion, sex and ethnic background are not considered in the selection of scholarship recipients
