Do you have old appliances you would like to get rid of? Take advantage of the Curbside Appliance Pickup on October 1, 2018.

The City of South St. Paul has partnered with J.R.'s Advanced Recyclers to pickup old appliances, HOWEVER, you must have a reservation for pickup.  Call J.R.'s Advanced Recyclers between August 1 and September 29 to schedule a pickup. Phone number is 651-454-9215.  If you do not have a reservation, your appliance will not be picked up!

COST: $25 for the first appliance and $10 for each additional appliance

Appliances must be in square compacted condition and not contain food, debris, or other foreign material which would prevent the recycler from proper removal of hazardous waste and/or refrigerants according to law. J.R. Advanced Recyclers has the right to refuse ANY appliance. If your appliance is of an unusual variety, please inquire with the recycler about its acceptance.

ACCEPTED APPLIANCES: Air Conditioners, Dehumidifiers, Dishwashers, Disposals, Washers & Dryers, Furnaces, Humidifiers, Microwaves, Refrigerators & Freezers, Stoves, Trash Compactors, Water Heaters, and Water Softeners.

You will need to get your appliance to the curb, but remember you do need to have a pickup reservation. If you place your appliance on the curb without a reservation, you will be responsible to have it removed.
