Minnesota Statutes 471.701 states, A city or county with a population of more than 15,000 must annually notify its residents of the positions and base salaries of its three highest-paid employees. In accordance with the statute, the three highest-paid employees are:
J. Hanson, City Administrator - $168,550
W. Messerich, Police Chief - $142,996
R. Garcia, Director of Economic & Community Development - $137,248
