Situated at the former site of the Sioux Village of Kaposia, South St. Paul is one of the undiscovered treasures on the banks of the Mississippi. South St. Paul is a small family friendly community nestled up to the big city. South St. Paul was designated as an All American City in 1990 and prides itself on a rich history of ethnic diversity and a strong work ethic.
