    Did you know Minnesota has a book award for picture books? It’s called the Star of the North Book Award and is awarded annually based on votes from kids! Join us as we read all 10 of the 2016-17 nominees and complete a fun activity for each book. Ages 3-8. Registration for each program required.   3. Rock, Rattle, and Rhyme

    March 1, 3:30 PM - 4:15 PM @ Library Meeting Room

    For children up to 36 months and their caregivers. Enjoy rhymes, songs, sign language, books, and play time to learn early literacy and socialization skills. No registration necessary; come when you can! ECFE staff will be on hand to provide child development information as well as weigh your babies!     March 1, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM @ South St. Paul City Hall Council Chambers - 2nd Floor

    The Planning Commission is a seven-member citizen commission, appointed by the city council to four-year terms. The Planning Commission advises the city council on all planning, zoning, and land uses within the community. Duties of the Planning Commission include the review of all development and redevelopment proposals and the enforcement of the Comprehensive Plan.
