The Pop-Up Project consists of sites through South St. Paul where you can borrow fine- and fee-free materials, sign up for Summer Discovery, and engage in free activities for children, birth through grade 3. By doing this, the Pop-Up Project is expanding access to summer learning activities and encouraging participation in the Summer Discovery program.
