The South St. Paul Compost Site is open for the season. The compost site is located off of Hardman Ave and Verderosa Ave (681 Verderosa Ave). Hours through August 26th are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Friday and Saturday, and 1:00 to 6:00 PM on Sunday.
