The City of South St. Paul is soliciting Request for Proposals for two projects, listed below:
Hardman Triangle Market Analysis and Redevelopment Scenario Planning. The City seeks to enter into a contract with a consultant to provide consulting services for a Market Analysis and Redevelopment Strategy for the "Hardman Triangle" area of the community. The Hardman Triangle includes the properties situated between Concord Street, Hardman Avenue and Grand Avenue. This area has been identified as a 22-acre area to study the market potential for revitalization and redevelopment as a mixed-use district. Residents have long told the City that they would like a better connection between the community and the river, and the Hardman Triangle area offers an opportunity to do just that.
