The South St. Paul Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) has updated it’s 5-Year Agency Plan in accordance with the requirements of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Public and Indian Housing program. Interested Community members are encouraged to review the linked document, and if so desired to submit written and/or oral comments to the HRA to the attention of Ryan Garcia, Director of Economic and Community Development, 125 Third Avenue N., South St. Paul, MN 55075 by October 10, 2019. The HRA will hold a public hearing on the Agency Plan on Monday, October 14, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. in the Training Room of South St. Paul City Hall, 125 Third Avenue North, South St. Paul, MN. Subject to public comment and board approval, the HRA will submit the 5-Year Agency Plan to HUD for acceptance and approval on or before October 18, 2019.
