Welcome back to the library!
We’re now offering what we call “express services” in order to accommodate as many people as possible. You may pick up holds, browse our collections and check out items, or use our computer or copier. Those who prefer curbside services can still call us to pick up their materials.
We ask that you limit your stay to 15 minutes or less so that we can allow other visitors in to use our services. At this time, we also ask you to call us (651-554-3240) for reference questions or book suggestions and we’ll be able to give you our full attention on the phone. We also will offer reading suggestions through Book Match.
For the safety of staff and customers, please:
- wear a mask, or we will provide you with one (for those 5 years of age and up)
- maintain a distance of six feet from others
- use hand sanitizer/wash your hands
- visit another day if feeling ill or been in close contact with someone who’s suspected or been diagnosed with COVID-19
All items checked out at this time have the usual three-week checkout period with two automatic renewals if materials are not requested by another patron. Returned material is quarantined for one day before being checked in, but no overdue fines will be assessed.
All programs, events, and meeting room reservations are cancelled indefinitely, but our Library at Home page lists all our virtual programming. If you haven’t tried our digital resources, now’s a great opportunity to explore Libby by Overdrive or Hoopla!
