The City is updating the zoning rules for Concord Street North to make the corridor more business-friendly and to make it easier for property owners to improve their properties!
If you’d like to learn more about the zoning project, the City will be holding an open house in the lobby of the historic Cenex building at 1185 Concord Street North from 3:30-5:30 PM on Thursday, September 30th.
