The City of South St. Paul will be participating in No Mow May! No Mow May is a conservation initiative that encourages property owners to allow their grass to grow unmown or with minimal mowing during the month of May, creating habitat and forage for early-season pollinators. Residents that are interested in participating in No Mow May should fill out the following registration form and have a No Mow May sign hanging in their front door or on a front window showing they are participating in the program.
Any residents participating in the program must come into compliance with the City's Weed, Vegetation, and Landscaping Ordinance by no later than June 1st, 2022. Questions about the program can be directed to Deb Griffith, Community Affairs Liason (651-554 -3230) or Monika Mann, Associate Planner ( 651-554-3273).
