Do you have what it takes to be the South St. Paul Mayor for the Day!  If you were the South St. Paul Mayor for the Day, what would you do for the community? Would it be helping the elderly, a family fun day or a community food drive?   Mayor Francis invites all 4^th to 8^th graders to become the South St. Paul Mayor for the Day.    Here is how it works. Send Mayor Francis a letter as to why you want to be the South St. Paul Mayor for the Day and what would you do as the Mayor.  The letter should be 500 words of less and should give examples of what you would do.   Be creative with you submission.  It can contain photos and/or pictures.  The letter should explain your vision of what you would like to see for the future of South St. Paul.  Then return the letter to your school or City Hall by March 6^th where Mayor Francis will read through the letters and select the 2023 South St. Paul Mayor for the Day.  The Mayor for the Day will be March 20^th.
